Trials 

We are based in Scarborough and all trials are done from Novia salon. The trial booking for the Bride is  1  hour long and the fee is covered by your deposit. Trials for other party members can be added at extra cost. However they are not always needed, as we can work from inspiration photos on the wedding day. We recommend trials to be held no earlier than 12 weeks before the big day, However these are subject to the weddings we have booked in and therefor may be either side of the 12 weeks. Trials are held with Kirsty Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays only and with Cara Thurdays and Fridays. Please make sure you are following our social media sites for updates regarding trials.

Before your trial

The address for the day is - Novia, 33 St Thomas street, Scarborough, YO11 1DY
There is a car park directly behind. Unfortunately it is not free but can be paid for by cash, card or the RingGo app. 
Come prepared with a couple of images that you like, we can trial up to 2 styles depending on the styles. If you have already bought accessories or hair extensions for your hair, bring them along too. We advise you wear a white top either a strap top or one the same shape as your dress line so you can get a better idea for the overall look.
We recommend you wash your hair the day before, not on the day of the trial. Smooth your hair over by blow drying or straightening, if needed. Leave your hair product free. Feel free to bring a friend with you! it always good to have another opinion.
At the Trial

We want you to go away happy and excited from your trail. Its always best to be open with me about your likes and dislikes. Don't be afraid to say you would like a little tweak here and there, to your chosen style. At the trial we will take photos, double check all your booking information, confirm the total cost and arrange a time we will arrive on the day. All timings are personal to each bride and her party. This information, with photos will also be sent over to you.
