It's great you are thinking of booking your wedding hair with us! Please read through our terms and conditions before requesting to book.

First of all, check out our portfolios, it’s very important to us that you LOVE what we do and our type of styles we offer are what you and your bridal party are looking for.

We offer package bookings only and do not come out for just the bride. Bookings have a 3-person minimum (Bride plus 2, this does not include flower girls). Below is a breakdown of our charges, but don’t worry we have worked this all out in our packages for you.

​Bride. - £180  (On the day cost with a trial). Extra Trial - £75.  
Bridesmaid, Wedding Guest and Mother of the Bride/Groom. On the Day - £70pp. Trial - £50pp (Welcome but not necessary, as we can work from photo ideas on the day)
Flower Girl (Under 8) - £30

Larger parties are welcome, over 6 people will require an extra hairdresser which is charged at £100 on top of the overall cost. The hairdresser will be one of our trusted colleges from Novia salon.

Please note, we do not do blow-dry/wet set styles, all our styles are based on dry styling and your hair is required to be washed, dry and smoothed over for us.

 

Please make sure you select the correct package for your bridal party. We only accept one wedding a day each. When requesting to book please select 8.00am, this is to block out the day on our system only. Arrival times will be arranged at the trial, these may be earlier or later than 8am as all times are tailored individually. We work on a bums on seats policy as hair style times can vary person to person, unlike your MUA who may have a set time per person and may send out an schedule.

MAKING A BOOKING/DEPOSITS
A £100 deposit is required to confirm your wedding date. This is non-refundable or Transferable and will be deducted off the total cost.

The deposit must be paid within 48hours. Only when the deposit is paid is the date made non-available to others and will only be refunded if it is due to fault of Wedding Hair By Kirsty (Illness or personal circumstances). The deposit is payable by a payment link, which is sent after your request is made (please check you spam folder). Debit, Credit and PayPal are excepted. Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services. 

 

YOUR WEDDING TRIAL
All bookings require the Bride to attend a trial. These are something we strongly recommend and the cost of this is covered in your package. If you can not make a trial for any reason no refunds or deductions of costs are given. A pre-trial link will be sent out with all the information for you before your trial. We allow a maximum of 2 styles to be trialled. Trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost. Trials will be held from Wedding Hair By Kirsty / Novia, Colour and Wedding Hair Specialists located at 33 / 35 St Thomas Street Scarborough. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Wedding Hair By Kirsty of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities. We offer hair extensions and hair accessories, these can be purchased at your trial.

 

*Kirsty’s trials are held Monday-Thursday.

*Cara Louise’s’ trials are held Thursday and Fridays.

 Please be aware weekend trials are not available due to wedding bookings.

 

Trials are bookable only when asked to do so by your stylist. We will drop you an email when it’s time to book. We do not offer trials any earlier than the below.

January & February Bride. Trials between October - December. 
March & April Bride. Trials between December - February. 
May & June Bride. Trials between February - April. 
July & August Bride. Trials between April - June. 
September & October Bride. Trials between June - July. 
November & December Bride. Trials between September - November.
 

TRAVEL (On the Wedding Day)
The cost of travel is covered by the bride. Travel is charged at 50p a mile from Wedding Hair By Kirsty’s postcode, YO11 1DY, this may change with the rising fuel costs.
Parking costs are chargeable to the bride. Travel time is capped at 45 minutes (Shown in the link below). Unfortunately, we do not cover areas outside this travel time. Please check here before booking.

 

ON THE DAY

We arrange our time of arrival at the trial. Times are tailored for the size of your party. We require a designated area to work from with a low back chair and plug sockets. Please make sure an area is cleared ready for our arrival. We aim to have the bridal party ready 1.5 hours before the ceremony time. Once everyone is ready, we will leave for you to enjoy your wedding morning, veils can be placed in the hair or a member of the bridal party can be instructed on how to do this.

 

BRIDAL ROOM HIRE is bookable for 1 bridal party at the time. Room Hire is set from 8am - 12pm on the day of the wedding. Supplied by us, a continental breakfast with a bottle of fizz is included in this package. A maximum of 6 people per booking.

FULL PAYMENT is due 1 week before and paid via the online invoicing portal. Invoices will be generated at your trial. At your trial final numbers must be confirmed. Deducting numbers after this will be charged at £20pp. Full cancellation up to a month before will result in a £100 fee.

PAYMENT PLANS 

Spread the cost with a payment plan. To do this we need to know your final numbers for the day and the wedding morning location to generate your final balance invoice. Payment amounts and when you would like to pay are entirely up to you, simply drop us a message with the amount on the day you would like to pay and we will generate a payment link. Once received we will update your final balance invoice for you.
