MAKING A BOOKING
A £50 deposit at booking time is required to confirm your wedding date. This includes the cost of the Brides Trial and £10 off the Wedding day’s total price. Only when the deposit is paid is the date made Non-Available to others. Numbers for extra wedding guests can be confirmed up to 2 days before.

Paying this deposit is your agreement to Wedding Hair By Kirsty’s Terms and Conditions.

Your wedding date is confirmed only after your booking deposit is Received. This can be payable by PayPal (fees may apply) or Bank Transfer. Once the deposit is received you will receive booking confirmation confirming the details of your booking. You have a 5 day  cooling-off period from receipt of booking to cancel with a full refund of the booking deposit.

Deposits are Non Refundable and will only be refunded if it is due to fault of Wedding Hair By Kirsty (Illness or personal circumstances).

Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.

Full Payment is then due on the day of  the Wedding by cash. Or the day before if Bank Transfer.

TRAVEL (On the Wedding Day)

The cost of travel is covered by the bride for both trials and on the day. Travel is charged at 45p a mile if 10 miles or More from Wedding Hair By Kirsty’s postcode.
Parking costs are chargeable to the client.

YOUR WEDDING TRIAL
It is the clients responsibility to inform the artist of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities.
The trial is recommended 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding date and arranged 10 weeks before the Big day. Trials for other bridal party members can be added on for an extra cost. Trials will be held from Novia Colour and Wedding Hair Specialists located at 33 St Thomas Street Scarborough.
