Travel Information

For instant bookings, travel is capped at approximately 45 minutes from Scarborough (shown in the darker area on our map).

If your venue is outside this area, please contact us directly before booking. We kindly ask that you check your location on Google Maps to confirm travel times prior to securing your date.

Travel Expenses

• Journeys under 45 minutes: £1 per mile (round trip)

• Journeys over 45 minutes: £50 per hour (round trip)

• For venues requiring over 2 hours’ travel, overnight hotel accommodation will be required at an additional cost
