Service Description
Included in this package: • Bride’s hair trial • Bride’s hair on the wedding morning • A hair accessory from my shop, chosen at your trial. Bridal Hair Trial Your trial appointment will take place at my private bridal studio in Scarborough (YO11 3FL). • Duration: up to 1.5 hours • Opportunity to trial one or two styles, depending on complexity • Additional trials are charged at £100 Minimum Charges • This package is for the bride only. If additional people are added after this booking, the Signature Bridal Package price will apply. • The minimum booking fee does not include travel expenses or the cost of additional trials.
Cancellation Policy
Wedding Hair Booking Policy Thank you for considering us to be part of your special day. To ensure everything runs smoothly and to secure your booking, please review the following policies: Booking & Deposits -A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your wedding date. -Deposits are applied toward your final balance. -Dates cannot be held without a deposit and signed agreement. Payments -Final payment is due no later than 1 month before the wedding day. -Payments are made direct to your stylist. -No services will be provided unless the balance is paid in full. Travel & Location -Travel fees apply to all locations. Travel expenses are additional and calculated based on mileage and travel time to and from your getting ready location. Journeys under 45 minutes will be charged at £1 per mile (round trip). For longer journeys over this, will be charged at £50 per hour (round trip). -Additional charges may apply for parking, tolls, or early start times before 8am. Trials -Bridal hair trials are strongly recommended and scheduled separately from the wedding day. --Locations are based in Scarborough and address details for these will be given after securing the date. Cancellations & Changes -All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. -Cancellations made less than 30 days before the wedding date will result in 100% of the total balance being due. -Reducing the number of services (2026 wedding bookings) within 3 months of the wedding will not reduce the final balance. Minimum Service Requirement -A minimum booking is required for on-location weddings. -If the minimum is not met, the difference will be charged. -If an extra stylist is required, an extra £100 deposit will be require to secure the stylist. This deposit is non refundable. Timing & Scheduling -A detailed schedule will be created at your trial, this is when final numbers are confirmed. -Please ensure all bridal party members are present and ready for the stylists scheduled arrival times. Delays may result in unfinished services. Liability -We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products or services. Please advise of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment. -We are not liable for unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, natural disasters, illness) that may prevent us from providing services. In such cases, every effort will be made to arrange alternative arrangements. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms of this booking policy.
