Bridal Hair Trial Information

​I’m so excited to welcome you into your bridal journey! Please take a moment to read through the details about your upcoming hair trial so you know exactly what to expect.

Trial Location

All trials are held at my private hair studio in Scarborough. As my space is small and cosy, I kindly ask that you attend your trial alone. This allows us to focus fully on you and your bridal vision without distraction. 

​

My studio is located at 1 Howgate Drive, YO11 3FL. When you arrive, please park behind my van, which you’ll see as soon as you turn up the street. The studio is separate from my house — as you face my front door, you’ll find the entrance to the left. Please knock on arrival and aim to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your trial so we can make the most of our time together

Trial Details

• Your bridal trial lasts up to 1 hour 15 minutes and is included in your package.

• Additional trials for bridal party members can be arranged at an extra cost (though they are not always necessary, as I can work beautifully from inspiration photos on the day).

• I recommend booking your trial no earlier than 12 weeks before your wedding, though this may vary depending on my schedule.

• Trails will be held Monday - Friday.

• Please keep an eye on my social media for trial announcements, and check your spam folder in case any of my emails land there.

Added Little Touches

• Accessories: I offer a selection of carefully chosen bridal hair accessories, available to try and purchase during your trial.

• Extensions: For brides wanting extra fullness or length, I provide a clip-in extension service.  I have a selection of colours to use for trials and if required for the day, I’ll colour match your hair and order exactly what you need to achieve your dream style.

Preparing for Your Trial

• Gradually gather inspiration from Instagram and Pinterest, saving styles that you’re naturally drawn to. This helps me capture your authentic taste.

• Keep your dress and venue in mind, but most importantly, choose a style that feels timeless and true to you.

• Bring along any accessories or extensions you’d like to use.

• Wear a white or light-coloured top (ideally similar to your dress neckline) to help visualise the final look.

• Wash your hair the day before your trial (not the morning of). Blow dry or smooth if needed, but avoid styling products.

At the Trial

Your trial is all about making you feel confident, radiant, and excited for your big day.

• We’ll explore up to two looks, take photos for reference, confirm your booking details, and finalise the schedule for your wedding morning.

• Please be open with your feedback — little tweaks are always welcome. This is your moment, and I want you to leave feeling completely reassured and happy.
